RequestBilling and terms
- All prices are in euros, excluding VAT.
- Monthly billing by SEPA direct debit or card. Cancel anytime from your account, no notice period.
- Annual billing gives a 15% discount on Associate, Pro and Agency. The discount is applied at sign-up.
- Enterprise is contract-only with a 12-month minimum term. Pricing is per seat with volume discounts above 25 seats.
- Upgrades are pro-rated and take effect immediately; downgrades at the end of the billing period.
What every plan includes

- Practice mode on every training exercise; assessment mode unlocks at Pro.
- REST API access. Associate and Pro are rate-limited at 60 requests per minute; Agency and Enterprise have no limit.
- Email support on business days, with a first response within one working day.

- Seat-based pricing from 5 consultants, with team dashboards, scoring, and director rollups.
- SSO (SAML / Google), custom training programs, and a named contact.
